  building is new and parking is decent. my gripe is with employee who announced over sound system that time alotted for wake service had expired and everone should leave. Personally, i found it a bit crass n' disreslectful. Would have been more appropiate to pass the announcement to officiator of service so family and friends of deceased, wouldn't have been blasted by a loud, crude voice during an emotional time. This is not directed to owner of business, only a single employee. As employess represent the company, My rating is 3 stars.

  Yuma Mortuary went beyond the call of duty to help our family after the death of my Mom. We had great difficulty in getting a doctor to sign the death certificate. Everybody was giving us the run around. The Staff of Yuma Mortuary made a huge amount of extra effort to help us track down the doctor, and to put pressure on him to sign the necessary paperwork. Their effort was crucial to helping the family to cope & getting the situation resolved. We feel very grateful for their assistance.
