  This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to write a Church review. I've been a lifelong member of the Church of Christ and because of military service have attended congregations all over the country. I can't recall ever finding a group quite like this. I attended a Bible class before service and was amazed at how angry, combative, confrontational, antagonistic, and legalistic their approach to Christianity was. What should have been an uplifting, encouraging study seemed more like practice for a hostile debate. Several different references were made to visitors who did not return and it was almost with a "good riddance" attitude. It was uncomfortable enough that I could not even stay for worship service. Yuma has enough churches to choose from that going here is not necessary, unless worship services which leave you battered and bruised and feeling unwelcome is what you want. For those who have experienced this group of people, please know that they do not represent the attitudes of the mainstream Churches of Christ across this country.
